Thyroid (underactive)
An underactive thyroid is usually treated by replacing thyroid hormone, and that treatment stays with your doctor. Tiredness and weight gain are common and don't always mean a thyroid problem, which is why your doctor looks at your reports and routine together. Our programme supports the everyday side (food, activity, sleep) with daily check-ins. If you have an overactive thyroid or a racing heart, we'll ask you to speak to a doctor first.

Can I share an old thyroid test?
Share it if it is from the last 30 days. Older reports can still be mentioned, and a fresh test is only if your doctor advises it.
Does the programme fee include the blood test?
No. Plans cover doctor consults and daily WhatsApp monitoring. Blood tests are optional and listed on the pricing page.
